Throughout the third quarter the students in grades 4-8th will be working on spreadsheets using MS Excel. They will be expected to memorize a few formulas that we have been learning in class. As always correct keyboarding technique will still be enforced throughout the year. The students in third grade are producing a slide show about the animal they researched in class. They will then pair up with an eighth grade student and put their show into an electronic book where they will record their text. Students in grades K-2 are learning some of the different types of software we have in the lab to reinforce what they are learning in their classroom.
