NEW !!! Kohl's Bill Pay
We are excited to be able to offer the Kohl’s bill pay service to school families. This is an option – of course you can still purchase the gift cards and pay your bill yourself, or purchase Kohl’s gift cards to be used in the stores.
HOW IT WORKS:
-Tear off the bottom portion of your Kohl’s bill
-Fill in the amount you want to pay and write the same amount on the outside of the envelope
-Put the bottom portion in the envelope and seal it
-Complete your SCRIP order form and fill in the amount under “KOHLS BILL PAY” – Make your check payable to St. Charles
-You can order other SCRIP on the same order form - Write your check to St. Charles for the total. We MUST have payment before Wednesday, or the bill will not be paid until the following Wednesday.
NOTE: Check that the due date is NOT before the coming Wednesday as bills are ONLY paid on Wednesdays
WHAT THE SCRIP STAFF WILL DO:
-Take all bills to Kohl’s on Wednesday morning
-Bills are opened and paid at checkout or customer service counter using SCRIP (St. Charles gets 4% profit)
-Original bottom portion of bill is stapled to paid receipt
-Receipt will be returned to customer on Thursday with other SCRIP delivery
BENEFITS:
-No partial gift certificates left over
-No extra trip to Kohl’s just to pay your bill
-No waiting in line at Kohl’s
-St. Charles School gets 4% profit!!!
