Greetings! Welcome back from Easter break! I hope each of you had a relaxing and enjoyable time off. Now we can pick up where we left off in our education and finish the year out strong!
Our Spring Concert is less than a month a way and students are polishing up their repertoire we have been learning since late February.
As mentioned, the theme this year is: Give My Regards to Broadway. We will be highlighting several famous musicals, including Wicked, Oklahoma, Annie, The Sound of Music, and Les Miserables.
Alongside these rehearsals, the students have been working on percussion ensembles, recorder pieces and music games/rhythm activities for the primary grades.
The completion of the Spring Concert will bring us back into our passports and straight into our musical expedition around the world! The next country TBA!
