Third Grade
Third grade is a "primary" education. Third grade is the best indicator of future academic performance in school and emphasizes the importance of a solid academic foundation. Third grade students will have developed the skills necessary to progress in reading and math.
Students are in school from 8:25am to 3:15pm daily. The basis of the curriculum consists of religion, reading/language arts, math, science, social studies, music, physical education, and art.

Dear Parents,
Just a quick note to thank you for helping to prepare your children for Iowas. Thanks for helping to stress the importance of doing their best. I plan to keep homework down so the children have more time at night and can get to bed on time. I know how crazy nights can be.
We are leading the all school Mass on Friday, and all third graders have a part. Thanks for helping them practice.
