St. Charles Honored with 3rd Exemplary Recognition Award

St. Charles Parish School recently earned an Exemplary Recognition for Educating the Whole Student from the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. This is the third Exemplary Recognition in six years and this year St. Charles was the only Catholic school in Waukesha County to earn the honor.

The Exemplary Recognition Program, based on the National Standards and Benchmarks for Effective Catholic Elementary and Secondary Schools, honors schools that have demonstrated innovation and outstanding results.

This award is shared by the entire parish and school:

  • Parishioners who continually support the school in large and small ways;
  • Teachers and school and parish staff who consistently keep Catholic identity and academic excellence at the forefront of all decisions;
  • Parents and families who partner with teachers and staff to educate their children and who choose a traditional Catholic education with strong academics for their children;
  • And, of course, our students who make St. Charles an outstanding school filled with energy, compassion and kindness for one another.

Thank you Fr. Ken Omernick, Mrs. Laura Anderson, School Commission Members, the Parish Council and Finance Council for your leadership and guidance in growing enrollment and constantly improving St. Charles Parish School.
